Latest Illustrated Book of Japanese Camellias (Camellias of Japan) 2010, p.49 with colour photo; Medium size single, pink ground changing to white in the centre. Distinctive flower form, long, narrow, chanelled petals. Flowers mid-season to late. Leaves narrow-elliptic, medium size. Upright growth. A chance seedling of Yume-no-furusato, first flowered 2005, named and released by Soshin Hirai, Saitama Pref., Japan, in 2009.
