[Variety Source] Bred by cross-breeding method with 'Fuding Dabaicha' as the mother and 'Yunnan Daye' as the father in the Tea Research Institute of Hunan Academy of Agricultural Sciences. [Characteristics and properties] Shrub type, early species, strong growth potential, half-open posture, medium leaf type, leaf length 12.1 cm, leaf width 4.6 cm, leaf surface microwave, leaf tip acuminate, leaf veins 10 pairs, 35 pairs of serrations, leaf blade half upward oblique bearing; corolla diameter 3.5 cm, petals 5-7 petals, ovary velvet medium, style 3-lobed. The buds and leaves are light green, with a lot of velvet, and the buds are of several types. In Changsha area spring tea bud one leaf period in early April, a bud of three leaves 7.8 cm long, hundred buds weight 57.4 grams. The biochemical sample of spring tea bud and two leaves contains 25.5% tea polyphenols, 3.8% amino acids, 4.7% caffeine, 40.6% water leachate. Suitable for green tea and black tea. Make green tea, the appearance of tight and thin, showing hair, good front seedlings, color green, chestnut aroma high long, fresh and crisp taste; make black tea, soup color red and thick, with floral aroma, the inner quality of the three sets of samples above the level.
