American Camellia Yearbook, 1956, p.62, Reg. No.261: An 8 year old seedling of ‘Tricolor’, originated by R.L. Taylor, Norfolk, Virginia, USA. First flowered 1953. Plant growth is average in density, upright and slow with light green leaves. Flower buds round and deep pink. Flowers white, graduating to deep pink on outer petals; incomplete double; imbricated, similar to Alba Plena in form, 8 cm across. Late blooming.
