» English Description

American Camellia Yearbook, 1974, p.171, Reg. No.1293: A 6 year old seedling of 'Tinsie' (Bokuhan) that first bloomed 1969. Originated by Tom Eagleson, Port Arthur, Texas, USA. Plant growth is upright and medium in rate with dark green leaves, 8.5 cm x 3.8 cm. The formal double, Alba Plena type, bloom is deep red with 60 petals, measuring 7 cm across x 3.8 cm deep. A variegated form is also produced.
