Satomi, 1958, Nomenclature List of Sasanqua of Japan, p.13: White shaded pink. Medium, single, Very early. Originated in Tokyo, Japan. Sport: Okinagoromo. Synonym: ‘Ōmigoromo’(Edo). Different readings: ‘Omikoromo’, ‘Mibigoromo’, ‘Omi-no-koromo’. Note: This cultivar has been published with three different Kanji characters, but with the same meaning and pronunciation.
