American Camellia Yearbook, 1955, p.340, Reg. No.227: A 10 year old chance seedling, originated by Central Georgia Nurseries, Macon, Georgia, USA and first flowered 1950. Plant growth is average, upright, medium, compact with mid-green leaves, oval, abruptly cuspidate and serrate, 8 cm x 4.5 cm. The white flowers are striped with pink, 10-12.5 cm across, range from incomplete double with large mixed petaloids, to complete double irregular, similar to Lady Loch. Flowers mid-season. Orthographic error: ‘Rivers Yeager’. Sports: Rivers Yerger Pink, Rivers Yerger Pink Variegated.
