International Camellia Journal 2014, page 156 with colour photo; European Reg. No. 104. Originated by Roger Salaȕn, “Stervinou”, Guipronvel, France. A 16-year-old seedling, parentage unknown, first flowered 2009. Plant is upright and fast-growing, with ribbed, dark green leaves, 14 cm x 7 cm. Flower is semi-double to rose-form double, colour bright rose, 14 cm diameter x 3-4 cm deep. Stamens yellow, filaments white. Flowers mid-season to late. Flowers drop whole.
