[Characteristics and properties] Small tree type, mesophyll, half-open posture, medium growth potential. Medium leaf type, leaf length 9.5 cm, width 3.2 cm, leaf blade lanceolate, leaf blade upward bearing. In Guangxi Guilin area spring tea bud one leaf period in mid-March, the new buds and leaves purple-red, velvet hairs medium, a bud of three leaves 8.9 centimeters long, 100 buds weight 95 grams. Spring tea bud two leaves biochemical samples containing tea polyphenols 20.7%, amino acids 4.6%, caffeine 5.7%, water leachate 49.5%. Suitable for green tea and black tea. The system of baking green tea, dark green appearance, soup color purple-green bright, aroma of light chestnut incense more persistent, taste is still mellow, the bottom of the leaf is blue-green bright; the system of work of black tea, the appearance of wu-run, tightly knotted with milli, soup color is red bright, the aroma of flowers, high sharp and persistent, taste mellow and sweet and refreshing. The first growth cycle mu yield of one bud and two leaves 277 kilograms of fresh leaves, 4% less than the control 'Gui Green No. 1'; the second growth cycle mu yield 366 kilograms, 6% less than the control 'Gui Green No. 1'. It is susceptible to tea leafhopper, tea anthracnose, cold resistance and drought resistance.
