Petals, about 18, near truncate to spatulate, 5 cm x 3.5 cm wide, narrow central segments. Slender, white stamens, crimped, fused to central segments, 3.5 cm long, dark yellow anthers. Leaves, near elliptic, depressed midrib, medium, yellow green; broad, shallow serrations; apex, short acute; petioles, medium heavy to 10 mm long. Originated in USA at Magnolia Gardens.
