[Variety origin] Selected and bred by Sichuan Agricultural University and others from a single plant of 'Sichuan Zhongxiaoye'. [Characteristics] Shrub type, medium leaf type, early growing species. The main stem of the plant is not obvious, the tree posture is semi-open, the growth potential is strong, the branching part is low, and the branching is dense. Leaf blade length 9.8 cm, width 3.7 cm, leaf blade upward bearing, leaf blade narrow elliptic, leaf color dark green, leaf surface is more spreading, leaf margin microwave, apex sharp, leaf base cuneate, leaf body folded. In Sichuan Ya'an area mining period than the control 'Fuding Dabaicha' more than 12-16 days earlier, germination is more neat, germination density is medium, velvet hair is medium, spring tips yellowish-green, holding tenderness is stronger; tea buds are more plump, a bud of three leaves of 100 buds weighing 55.5 grams, summer and fall tips slightly with purple buds. There is no hair on the outside of the calyx, and the velvet of the ovary is sparse. The biochemical sample of spring tea bud and two leaves contains 19.3% of tea polyphenols, 4.5% of amino acids, 3.2% of caffeine, 60.6% of water leachate. Suitable for green tea. The production of flat tea, the appearance of green and flat, heavy and uniform, fresh aroma, soup color green and bright, taste fresh and sweet, the bottom of the leaf is still green and bright.
