[Variety origin] Sichuan Agricultural University et al. selected and bred a single plant from 'Nanjiang Daye'. [Characteristics] Small tree type, large-leafed, medium-growing species. The tree posture is semi-open, strong growth potential, high branching site, dense branching. The leaf blade is upwardly inserted, moderately elliptic, with a length of 11.7 centimeters, a width of 5.1 centimeters, a green leaf color, and a sharp apex. The leaf base is obtuse, the leaf body is inflexed, the leaf surface is slightly elevated, the leaf margin is flat, and the serrations are sparse and shallow. In Nanjiang County, Bazhong City, Sichuan, the spring tea buds and leaves period in late March or early April, 5 days later than the control 'Fuding Dabaicha'. The buds and leaves have more luan hairs, and the germination density is medium. Tenderness is strong, germination is neat, buds and leaves are fat, easy to pick single buds, a bud of three leaves is 9.2 cm long, 100 buds weighing 68.8 grams. 川茶5 (Camellia sinensis ‘Chuancha 5’). 陈亮等. 2024.《中国茶树品种资源志(上卷)茶树登记品种》第568-569页:【申请者】四川农业大学,四川省元顶子茶场,四川省茶业集团股份有限公司。【育种者】唐茜;周宗甫;邹瑶;谭礼强;颜麟沣;李林秀;周园;王馨语;李慧;王长友;言泽树;蒲勇;刘冠群;陈南霖;李晓松;胡灿;杨纯婧;唐澜。【品种编号】非主要农作物品种登记号:GPD茶树(2023)510007。原四川省农作物品种审定委员会审定编号:川审茶2016001【品种来源】四川农业大学等从‘南江大叶种’中单株选育而成。【特征特性】小乔木型,大叶类,中生种。树姿半开张,生长势强,分枝部位高,分枝密。叶片向上着生,中等椭圆形,叶片长度11.7厘米、宽度5.1厘米,叶色绿色,先端尖锐。叶基较钝,叶身内折,叶面微隆,叶缘较平,锯齿较稀浅。在四川巴中市南江县,春茶一芽二叶期3月下旬或4月上旬,比对照‘福鼎大白茶’晚5天。芽叶鸾毛较多,发芽密度中等。持嫩性较强,发芽整齐,芽叶肥壮,易采单芽,一芽三叶长9.2厘米、百芽重68.8克。盛花期为每年11月中旬。花朵萼片5枚,有毛,花瓣白色,6枚,花柱3裂(浅),子房茸毛较多,结实能力低,花果少。春茶一芽二叶生化样含茶多酚18.2%,氨基酸4.1%,咖啡碱3.4%,水浸出物49.9%。适制绿茶。制烘青绿茶,条索肥壮,较紧实绿润,嫩香带毫香,汤色绿亮,滋味较鲜浓甘爽,叶底嫩绿肥实。第一生长周期亩产一芽二叶鲜叶353千克,比对照‘福鼎大白茶’增产10%;第二生长周期亩产一芽二叶鲜叶394千克,比对照‘福鼎大白茶’增产10%。感小绿叶蝉,感炭疽病。在四川茶区抗寒能力强,抗干旱能力较强。【适宜种植区域及栽培技术要点】适宜在四川茶区种植。由于该品种生长势旺盛,对肥培条件要求较高,宜种植在肥力较高的土壤上。该品种的持嫩性强,注意防治螨类为害,高山阴湿茶区还须加强茶饼病的防治。建议与早生品种搭配种植。
