Dainty Pink Star. (C. reticulata hybrid). Registered in 2019. ACSRegistration #3156. This 14-year-old C. reticulata hybrid chanceseedling of 'Frank Houser' first bloomed in 2014. It was originated,registered and propagated by Pat B. Johnson of Cairo, Georgia. Bloom: The small sized 6.4–7.0cmx 3.8 cm single form flower is light pink. It has yellow anthers and creamfilaments. This profuse bloomer is long lasting, has heavy petal texture, aconsistent form and falls in one piece. The bloom has five petals and cascadingbranches. Plant: Theplant habit is spreading and open. The growth rate is slow. The plant issuitable for landscaping and exhibition uses. Leaf: The medium green leaves have low serrationand average 7.6 cm x 2.5 cm. Bloomseason: Midseason.
