Fenxiangmian

Fen Xiang mian (C. japonica). China Regn. #2020-316. China Flowers & Horticulture, 2020, No.12, p.58. This cultivar was obtained by crossing 'Zhaojun Chusai' as the female parent and the hybrid 'Xizi Xianghe' as the male parent in 2010. The hybrid seedlings flowered for the first time in March 2018. 8 sepals, green, white tomentose. The flowers are pale pink, with a faint rose fragrance, semi-double petals, medium-sized flowers, flower diameter 8.0~9.0cm, more than 10 petals, arranged in 2 rounds, petals are nearly round, slightly wavy edges, and a few stamens in the center Petalized petals, stamens are connected at the base, cylindrical, stigma is 3-lobed, filaments and anthers are light yellow, the amount of flowers is medium, and it can be fruitful. The leaves are green, thick and shiny, oval, 9.0~10.0cm long and 4.0~5.0cm wide. The apex of the blade is acuminate, the lower bay, the midrib is slightly concave, the base is wedge-shaped, and the marginal teeth are shallow. The plant is compact and has strong growth potential; flowering period: February to April.

粉香腼 Camellia  japonica 'Fenxiangmian' 中国茶花登录号：2020-316。《中国花卉园艺》2020年第12期58页。本品种是2010年以川山茶‘昭君出塞’为母本，杂交种‘西子香荷’为父本，杂交而得。杂交苗2018年3月首次开花，经观测，开花性状稳定。萼片8枚，绿色，被白色绒毛。花花朵淡粉红色，具有淡淡的玫瑰香味，半重瓣型，中型花，花径8.0~9.0cm，花瓣10枚以上，2轮排列，花瓣近圆形，边缘略波浪状，花心有少量雄蕊瓣化瓣，雄蕊基部连生，呈筒状，柱头3裂，花丝和花药淡黄色，花量中等，可结实。叶绿色，厚实具光泽，椭圆形，长9.0~10.0cm宽4.0~5.0cm，叶片先端渐尖，下湾，中脉略下凹，基部楔形，边缘齿浅稀。植株紧凑，生长势强；花期：2～4月份。
