ACRS., 1984, Camellia News, No.81, p.22, Reg. No.323: Originated in Aus­tralia by Edgar R. Sebire, Wandin North, Victoria. A chance seedling from C.reticulata Lasca Beauty. First flowered 1982. The 15cm, semi-double to open, informal double, rose-pink flow­ers open mid-season. The upright, open plant has 12.5cm x 6 cm mid-green leaves, apex pointed, base tapered, fine serrations and prominent venation.
