American Camellia Yearbook, 1973, p.191, Reg. No.1226: A 15 years old chance seedling that first bloomed 1964, originated by James Moon, Lake Charles, Louisiana, USA. Plant growth is upright and medium in rate with mid-green leaves, 7.5 cm x 5 cm. The rose form double, ‘Mathotiana’ (Julia Drayton) type, bloom is white with a pale pink halo through the centre of each petal. Size is 12 cm across x 7 cm deep with 32 petals and early flowering. Heavy texture.
