ICS., Apr.1990. Japanese Camellia Cul­tivar List, p.10: Small size, pink, campanulate single. Originated in the Shimane Prefecture, Japan. Nippon Tsubaki - Sasanqua Meikan, 1998, p.336 with black and white photo; English translation p.226. Medium size, pale pink to pink, trumpet shape to flat single, cylindrical stamen column. Flowers mid-season. Leaves elliptic, medium size. Upright, vigorous growth. Selected from a wild japonica community in Matsu’e City. Named and released by San-in Camellian Club in 1987.
