[Variety Source] Anhui Agricultural University and others selected and bred a single plant from Jinzhai local population species. [Characteristics]: Shrub type, early-blooming species, semi-open posture, strong growth potential, low branching site, dense branching. Leaflet class, leaf blade upward bearing, broad oval, leaf blade length 7.1 cm, width 3.6 cm, leaf color green, apex obtuse. Exploitation period is generally in early March, one bud and two leaves in full bloom is generally in mid-March. The germination density is high, and the velvet is medium. The length of one bud and three leaves is 9.2 centimeters, and the weight of one bud and three leaves is 69.0 grams. The blooming period is in the middle of November every year. The biochemical sample of one bud and two leaves in spring contains 21% of tea polyphenol, 5.8% of amino acid, 3.6% of caffeine, 44.9% of water leachate. Suitable for green tea. System “melon slice”, the shape of the slice, yellow-green slightly darker, more uniform and clean, soup color green-yellow slightly green, precipitation, taste fresh and strong, pure fragrance, flat, leaf tender and soft, green-yellow, uniformly bright. The first growth cycle mu yield of one bud and three leaves of fresh leaves 693 kg, 30% higher than the control 'Fu select 9'; the second growth cycle mu yield of one bud and three leaves of fresh leaves 707 kg, 24% higher than the control 'Fu select 9'. It is resistant to tea charcoal scar disease, tea leafhopper, cold and drought resistance.
