[Variety Source] Qingdao Wanli River Tea Co., Ltd. and others selected and bred from a single plant of 'Huangshan'. [Characteristics] Shrub type, small leaf type, early growing species. The tree posture is semi-open, the growth potential is medium, the branching part is low, and the branching density is medium. The leaf blade is upwardly inserted, moderately elliptic, with a length of 7.9 centimeters and a width of 2.9 centimeters; the leaves are yellowish green; the apex of the leaf blade is obtuse. The exploitation period in Qingdao is generally in the middle of April, and the full bloom period of one bud and three leaves is generally in the second half of April; the germination density is medium, with more velvet hairs; the length of one bud and three leaves is 7.9 centimeters, and the weight of one bud and three leaves is 51.6 grams per hundred buds. The bloom period is in early September every year. The biochemical sample of one bud and two leaves in spring contains 23.4% of tea polyphenols, 4.4% of amino acids, 2.6% of caffeine, and 42.3% of water leachate. Suitable for green tea.
