ANZCRS., 1955. Camellia Annual. No.2, p.6, Reg. No.6: Originated in Australia by C.F. Cole, Canterbury, Victoria. A seedling of Elegans x Spencer’s Pink. Flower is a large single, opening flat. 11-12.5 cm across. Colour rose carmine. Blooms mid-season. Chinese synonym ‘Kuer’.
