American Camellia Yearbook, 1966, p.97, Reg. No.838: An 8 year old seedling that first bloomed 1955, originated by H.C. Petteway, Lakeland, Florida, USA. Plant growth is upright, bushy, dense and rapid in rate with leaves, 8 cm long x 5 cm wide. The for­mal double flowers are rose-pink, 8-10 cm across; silvers in warm weather. Blooms early to late.
