Latest Illustrated Book of Japanese Camellias, (Camellias of Japan) 2010, p.107 with colour photo; Very large pink peony form, outer petals large, inner petals smaller. Flowers early to mid-season. Leaves broad-ovate, medium to large. Spreading, vigorous growth. Selected from seedlings of Miyo-no-sakae. Named and released by Shunsuke Hisatomi Fukuoka Pref., Japan in 2007.
