Nell Hooper

ACRS., 1973, Camellia News, No.51, p.37, Reg. No.157: Originated by G.W. Hooper, Bexley North, N.SW., Australia. A chance seedling from Great Eastern that first bloomed 1970. It has a spreading, vigorous, dense, growth habit. The rose-red flowers, 10 cm across, are formal double and are produced early to mid-season. The deep green leaves, 8 cm x 5.5 cm, are lanceolate, acuminate and bluntly serrate.

Nell Hooper 深情难忘（C. japonica)红山茶。1973，澳大利亚NSW，Bexley North，G.W. Hooper。'Great Eastern'自然实生种。初花1970年。完全形、玫瑰红、中~大轮(10cm)、花期12~2月、树性直立〜横张、浓密、长势强。花名：人名(奈尔.琥珀）。
