Suzy Edge (C.japonica). published in American Camellia Yearbook 2021, p. 114.Registered in 2021. ACS Registration #3272. It was originated andregistered by Pat B. Johnson from Cairo, Georgia, USA. A 14 year old chance seedlingof C. japonica 'Beatrix Hoyt'. It was first bloomed in 2010. Flower semidouble, medium to large 10.2 cm in diameter and 5.1 cm in depth, Soft coralpink with yellow anthers and white filaments. Leaf dark green, 6.4 cmlong, and 3.2 cm wide. Plant upright, open growth, vigorous growth rate.Bloom mid-season to late.
