[Variety Source] Selected from 'Keemen' by Tea Research Institute of Anhui Academy of Agricultural Sciences and others as a single plant. [Characteristics and properties] Shrub type, mesophyll, half-open posture, medium growth potential, low branching site, medium branching density. Medium leaf type, leaf blade upward bearing, narrow oval, leaf blade length 11.0 cm, width 3.6 cm, leaf color medium green, leaf tip acuminate. The exploitation period is generally in early April, and the one bud and two leaves bloom period is generally in mid-April. The germination density is medium, and the velvet is medium. Spring tea top buds and side buds almost at the same time sprouting, germination neat. The length of one bud and three leaves is 9.1 centimeters, and the weight of one bud and three leaves is 61.1 grams. The blooming period is in late October every year. The biochemical sample of one bud and two leaves in spring contains 21.4% of tea polyphenols, 3.5% of amino acids, 4.1% of caffeine, and 49.4% of water leachate. Suitable for green tea and black tea. For baking green tea, the shape is tighter, slightly curled, hairy and green, the soup color is tender green, brighter and slightly precipitated, the aroma is fresh and floral, the taste is sweet and refreshing, and the bottom of the leaf is tender, buds are visible, and it is more tender and green.
