From China. a F2 hybrid of Camellia nitidissima and C. sasanqua.  Flower single form, cup-shaped, flat open, purple, 5 petals, very small (5~6cm), flowering period from January to February, the tree is Plant spread horizontally, weeping branches grow, and vigorously. Originated by Huang Liandong from Nanning Golden Camellia Park, China.
