[Variety origin] Single-plant selection from the hybrid progeny of 'Fuding Dabaicha' x 'Zhenong 109' by Tea Research Institute of Zhejiang University. [Characteristics] Small tree type, early-blooming species, strong growth potential, half-open posture, medium leaf type, leaf blade length 9.8 cm, width 4.1 cm, leaf blade medium oval, leaf insertion state level. In Hangzhou area spring tea bud one leaf period in mid-March, the new buds and leaves yellow-green, velvet medium, a bud three leaves 13.2 cm long, 100 bud weight 50.6 grams. Spring tea bud two leaves biochemical samples containing tea polyphenols 15.9%, amino acids 7.1%, caffeine 4.3%, water leachate 47.7%. Suitable for green tea. Baked green tea, the appearance of tight, curly, hair, green, bright soup color, fragrance, taste mellow, still fresh. The first growth cycle mu yield of one bud and two leaves 482 kg of fresh leaves, 17% higher than the control 'Fuding Dabaicha'; the second growth cycle mu yield 332 kg, 6% higher than the control 'Fuding Dabaicha'.
