In Hangzhou and Shengzhou area, the bud and two leaves bloom in mid-March, the new buds and leaves are light green, with few hairs, and the length of the bud and three leaves is 5.9 centimeters, and the weight of one hundred buds is 41.9 grams. The biochemical sample of spring tea bud two leaves contains 17.8% of the amount of tea, 5.6% of amino acids, 3.5% of caffeine, 49.8% of water leachate. Suitable for green tea.
