ACS Registration #3085. This 24-year-old C. japonica chance seedling of ‘Adolphe Audusson’ first bloomed in 2008. It was originated, registered and propagated by Kenneth M. Rogers of Auburn, Alabama. Bloom: The medium to large sized 10.16cm - 11.43cm x 5.715cm loose peony to full peony form flower is pink (RHS color 55b). It has yellow anthers and white filaments. The long lasting blooms fall in one piece, have heavy petal texture, petal fimbriation, and consis- tent form. The veins in the basal petals tend to be slightly red toward the edges and the center petals have some slight fimbriation. Plant: The plant habit is upright. The growth rate is average. The plant is suitable for landscaping and exhibition uses. Leaf: The medium green leaves average 10.16cm x 3.81cm with low serration. Bloom season: Midseason to late.
