Latest Illustrated Book of Japanese Camellias (Camellias of Japan) 2010, p.256 with colour photo; White, very rarely with slight, red radial stripes. Miniature single, flowers early to mid-season. Leaves medium size, elliptic. Upright growth. A sport of Aya-wabisuke, found and named by Takeo Ogawa, Izu Oshima, Tokyo, Japan, around 2000.
