Dr.Alfred Aguero. (C. japonica). Registeredin 2019. ACS Registration #3154. This 19-year-old C. japonica chanceseedling of 'Marie Bracey' first bloomed in 2004. It was originated,registered and propagated by Pat B. Johnson of Cairo, Georgia. Bloom: The large sized 10.8cm x 5.1 cm semi-double form flower is deep rose with lavender overtones. Ithas yellow anthers and pink and cream filaments. This profuse bloomer is longlasting, heavy petal texture, a consistent form and falls in one piece. Plant: The plant habit isupright and open. The growth rate is vigorous. The plant is suitable forlandscaping and exhibition uses. Leaf: The dark green leaves have low serration and average 8.3 cmx 5.7 cm. Bloom season: Earlyto midseason.
