ACS Registration #3049. 2017 This 12-year-old C. japonica chance seedling first bloomed in 2008. It was originated by Hulyn Smith of Valdosta, Georgia, USA and registered and propagated by Randolph Maphis of Tallahassee, Florida, USA. Bloom: The medium sized 8.9 cm x 2.5 cm semi-double to rose form double form flower is white sometimes/often with pink at petal edges and occasional separate dark pink flecks with gold anthers and white filaments. This profuse bloomer falls in one piece and is long lasting with consistent form. Plant: The plant habit is upright and spreading. The growth rate is average. The plant is suitable for landscaping and exhibition uses. Leaf: The medium green leaves average 10.1 cm x 4.4 cm with low serration. Bloom season: Early to midseason.
