ACS, The Camellia Journal, Sept. 2006, p.29 with colour photo, Reg No. 2690. A chance seedling that first flowered in the 1980s. Originated by Etha Prickett Carson. The 5 cm diameter, deep pink, rose form double flower has a few petaloids, and yellow anthers on white filaments. Plant is upright and dense with average growth. Flowers mid- season. American Camellia Yearbook, 2006. p.56 with colour photo; Dark green leaves are 9 cm x 3.8 cm.
