Hoshi-otome

Tuyama, 1968, Camellias of Japan, pl.314, p.159, descrip­tion, p.184: Leaves light green, lanceolate to lanceolate-elliptic, base cuneate, apex gradually acuminate, manifestly serrate margins, 6.2-8.5 cm long x 2.5-3.5 cm wide. Flowers complete for­mal double, flat when fully open. Rose (deeper than Rose opal 022), blotched white on outer petals. Originated in Toyama Prefecture, Japan.
