Itwas originated by Clarence and Lillian Gordy of Ocala, Florida, registered byPatrick Andrews and Bob Weidman of Citra, Florida, and propagated by WoodsideCamellias of Citra, Florida. Bloom:The large sized 12.7 cm x 5.1 cm semi-double form flower is dark red. It hasyellow anthers and white filaments. This profuse bloomer is long lasting withconsistent form and falls in one piece. Plant: The plant habit is upright and dense. The growth rate isaverage. The plant is suitable for landscaping and exhibition uses. Leaf: The dark green leavesaverage 8.9 cm x 5.7 cm with low serration. Bloom season: Midseason.
