Nippon Tsubaki - Sasanqua Meikan, 1998, p.159 with colour photo; English translation p.109. Medium size, semi-double, cupped petals. Pale red splashes and small stripes on white ground, also completely white and red flowers appear on mature plants. Flowers early to late. Leaves elliptic, medium size. Somewhat upright growth. A cultivar raised by a private family in Koma’e City. Named and released by Shūhō Kirino in 1990. From Tokyo.
