Xiyue

Xiyue (C. japonica). China Regn. #2015-182. China Flowers & Horticulture, 2015, No.16, p.59. Flowers formal double form, deep pink, large size, 13-16 cm diameter, petals over 80 in 5-6 whorls, outer petals reflexed, inner erect, apices rounded. Leaves elliptic, dark green, glossy, margins serrate. Plant upright, foliage dense, growth fast. Flowers early to mid-season.

喜悦 Camellia japonica ‘Xiyue’ 中国登录号：2015-182，《中国花卉园艺》2015年第16期59页。由朱振福命名，台湾省新竹市的朱振福培育并登录。本品种系由乔依‘Joy Kendrick’的实生苗中选育而得。1996 年播种，2010 年春季开花。花朵深粉红色，完全重瓣型，巨型花，花径13～16 cm，花瓣80枚以上，多轮紧实有序排列，外轮花瓣外翻，中部花瓣半直立，先端近圆；叶片浓绿色，光亮，椭圆形，边缘齿稀；植株开张，枝叶稠密，生长旺盛；花期：11月至翌年2月。
