Ann English (C. reticulata) ACS, Reg. No.2505.  American Camellia Yearbook, 1999, p4, with color photo p.c.1. A deep pink, semi double C. reticulata (Homeyer 158 x 'Nuccio Ruby') x (Homeyer 155 'Tom Durant' x 'Talie Queen')] blooming mid-season to late. Propagated by Marvin Jernigan of Warner Robins, GA. The 7-year-old seedling first bloomed in 1997. Average size flower is 6" wide and 4" deep with 20 petals, high rabbit ears, white with a pink cast anthers and filaments. This profuse bloomer has tlowers with a purplish cast and heavy petal texture. The flowers fall in one piece. 'Ann English' has
been awarded 1st place in a few shows. Plant growth is spreading and average with dark green leaves measuring 4" long and 1.5" wide.
