Colonel Richard Hooton(C. reticulata hybrid) American Camellia Yearbook, 2023, p.83. Registered in 2023. ACS Registration #3335. It was originated and registered by James Smelley from Moss Point, Mississippi, USA. A 11-year-old seedling of C. reticulata hybrid 'Lady Pamela'. It was first bloomed in 2013. Flower rose form double to semidouble to formal double, medium pink with yellow anthers and yellow filaments, large size, 10.2 in diameter. Leaf dark green, 12.7cm long and 6.7 cm wide. Plant vigorous growth rate, upright, medium density growth. Bloom mid-season to late.
