Elle B. (C. japonica). Registered in 2019. ACS Registration #3153. This 15-year-old C. japonica chance seedling first bloomed in 2014. It was originated, registered and propagated by J. Allen Bourland of Dothan, Alabama. Bloom: The small sized 6.4-7.6 cm x 2.5-3.8 cm rose form double form flower is burgundy. It has yellow anthers and burgundy filaments. This profuse bloomer is long lasting, has heavy petal texture, fluorescence, a consistent form and falls in one piece. Plant: The plant habit is upright and average. The growth rate is average. The plant is suitable for landscaping use. Leaf: The dark green leaves have medium serration and average 5.1 cm x 2.5 cm. Bloom season: Midseason to late.
