Cam. Aust., Camellia News, No.196, Spring 2014, p.11; A chance seedling of an unnamed C.reticulata cultivar - Dataohong (Crimson Robe) x Damanao (Cornelian). Originated by M.E(Jack) Greentree, first flowered 1984, and named for his wife. Applicant the St. George & Sutherland Branch, NSW. Colour is deep cherry pink variegated white. Informal double flowers are 10-13 cm diameter x 8-10 cm high. Some fluted petaloids Stamens in groups among the petals. Flowers fall whole. Flowers mid-season to late. Plant has upright growth at medium rate and is reasonably sun-tolerant. Leaves are flat, matt, elliptic, mid to dark green, about 10 cm x 8 cm, with a 5 mm petiole, are acuminate, dentate mid-length, and finely serrate nearer the tips.
