Seibundō Shinkōsha, 1979, Senchinshū, p.56, description, p.215: Large, deep pink, single with irregular, lobed and veined petals and a spreading centre of pink and white petaloids mixed with stamens, anemone form. Leaves ellip­tic, small. Plant habit dwarfish. An old variety, originated in the Kansai District, Japan.
