Minnie Patricia    (C. japonica)   Registered in 2020. ACS Registration #3203. This 14 year-old C. japonica chance seedling of 'Ville de Nantes' first bloomed in 2015. It was originated, registered and propagated by Pat B. Johnson of Cairo, Georgia, USA. Bloom The small to medium sized 7.6cm x 4.4cm formal double form flower is mauve pink shading to salmon pink in center. The bloom has stacked petals with incurved tips on petals. This cultivar falls in one piece, is long lasting, has heavy petal texture and has consistent form. Plant The plant habit is upright and open. The growth rate is slow. The plant is suitable for landscaping and exhibition. Leaf The medium green leaves average 6.4m x 3.2cm with low serration. Bloom season Midseason to late.
