American Camellia Yearbook, 1980, p.171, Reg. No.1612: A miniature, brilliant deep pink, rose form double, C.sasanqua chance seedling; originated by Mrs L.V. Teeter, Fort Valley, Georgia, USA. The 10 year old seedling first bloomed 1976. Average flower size, 6 cm, across x 2.5 cm, deep, with 40 petals, yellow anthers and cream filaments. Plant growth is upright and rapid in rate with dark green leaves, 4.5 cm long x 2.5 cm wide.
