ACRS, Camellia News, 1995, No.135, p.13, Reg. No.458: Originated by Colleen Sherrington, North Balwyn, Victoria, Australia. A chance seedling of the C.japonica Chō-chō-san. First flowered 1991. White, semi-double flower of 17 petals with an occasional petaloid, 12 cm across x 6 cm deep. Flowers freely over a long season on a slow growing upright plant. Leaves glossy green, elliptic, flat with serrate margins and acuminate apices, 7 cm long x 5 cm wide. Petals flat, filaments columnar. Attractive flower with white filaments and porcelain petal texture.
