American Camellia Yearbook, 1959, p.280, Reg. No.433: A 9 year old chance seedIng, originated by W.W. Ragland, Orange, California, USA that first bloomed 1956. Plant growth habit is upright and open. The dark green leaves average 8 cm long a 5 cm wide. The cameo pink, semi-double flowers, 10 cm across x 5 cm deep have 20 petals - 10 outer petals, 4.5 cm x 4.5 cmm, 6 folded petals, 5 cm long, and 4 small petals in a mass of cream coloured petaloids. Blooms early to midseason.
