烟茶7号 (Camellia sinensis ‘Yancha 7’). 陈亮等. 2024.《中国茶树品种资源志（上卷）茶树登记品种》第328-329页：【申请者】烟台市和心意茶叶专业合作社，福鼎市三民茶业专业合作社，勐海和心意茶业有限公司。【育种者】于超亮。【品种编号】非主要农作物品种登记号：GPD茶树（2022)370040。【品种来源】烟台市和心意茶叶专业合作社等从‘祁门种’x‘黄山种’杂交后代中选育而成。【特征特性】灌木型，小叶类，中生种。树姿开张，生长势强，分枝部位低，分枝密度中。叶片向上着生，叶形椭圆形，叶片长6.5厘米，叶片宽3.2厘米；叶色深绿；叶面微隆起，叶身平；叶质柔软，叶质中；叶齿锐，叶齿密度中，叶齿深；叶基楔形；叶尖渐尖；叶缘平。烟台地区开采期一般为4月下旬，一芽二叶盛期一般在5月上旬；发芽密度中，茸毛少；一芽三叶长8.0厘米，一芽三叶百芽重38.8克。盛花期为每年11月。春茶一芽二叶生化样含茶多酚17.9%，氨基酸5.5%，咖啡碱3.3%，水浸出物49.7%。适制绿茶和黄茶。制炒青绿茶，外形细紧嫩绿，茶汤黄绿，嫩香带板栗香，香气纯和，滋味鲜爽柔和，叶底鲜亮柔软；制黄茶，外形条索紧卷完整，有锋苗，叶质柔软。第一生长周期亩产干茶90千克，比对照‘祁门种’增产10%；第二生长周期亩产干茶110千克，比对照‘祁门种’增产20%。抗茶炭疽病、茶小绿叶蝉、茶跗线螨，中抗茶云纹叶枯病、轮斑病，抗旱、寒能力强。扦插繁殖力强，成活率高。【适宜种植区域及栽培技术要点】适宜在山东晚春、秋季雨水丰沛时种植。茶园要选在背风向阳处，有排灌水条件，土层深厚的弱酸性土壤，深翻后施足底肥，留好排水沟。一般采用双行密植建园，选用健壮苗木，定植后加强肥水管理和病虫害防治，适当增加定剪次数，幼苗期需搭建拱棚进行越冬保护。树冠培养采大养小，采高留低，打顶护侧；成龄茶园重施和适当早施基肥，注重茶园深翻；茶园在入冬前应建立好防风墙，以烟台为例，在10月下旬至11月上旬，茶树停止生长后施足有机肥，浇足浇透越冬水。
