[Characteristics and properties] Shrub type, small-leaved, mesophyll. The tree posture is open, the growth potential is strong, the branching part is low, the branching density is medium. 烟茶7 (Camellia sinensis ‘Yancha 7’). 陈亮等. 2024.《中国茶树品种资源志(上卷)茶树登记品种》第328-329申请者】烟台市和心意茶叶专业合作社,福鼎市三民茶业专业合作社,勐海和心意茶业有限公司。【育种者】于超亮。【品种编号】非主要农作物品种登记号:GPD茶树(2022)370040【品种来源】烟台市和心意茶叶专业合作社等从‘祁门种x黄山种’杂交后代中选育而成。【特征特性】灌木型,小叶类,中生种。树姿开张,生长势强,分枝部位低,分枝密度中。叶片向上着生,叶形椭圆形,叶片长6.5厘米,叶片宽3.2厘米;叶色深绿;叶面微隆起,叶身平;叶质柔软,叶质中;叶齿锐,叶齿密度中,叶齿深;叶基楔形;叶尖渐尖;叶缘平。烟台地区开采期一般为4月下旬,一芽二叶盛期一般在5月上旬;发芽密度中,茸毛少;一芽三叶长8.0厘米,一芽三叶百芽重38.8克。盛花期为每年11月。春茶一芽二叶生化样含茶多酚17.9%,氨基酸5.5%,咖啡碱3.3%,水浸出物49.7%。适制绿茶和黄茶。制炒青绿茶,外形细紧嫩绿,茶汤黄绿,嫩香带板栗香,香气纯和,滋味鲜爽柔和,叶底鲜亮柔软;制黄茶,外形条索紧卷完整,有锋苗,叶质柔软。第一生长周期亩产干茶90千克,比对照‘祁门种’增产10%;第二生长周期亩产干茶110千克,比对照‘祁门种’增产20%。抗茶炭疽病、茶小绿叶蝉、茶跗线螨,中抗茶云纹叶枯病、轮斑病,抗旱、寒能力强。扦插繁殖力强,成活率高。【适宜种植区域及栽培技术要点】适宜在山东晚春、秋季雨水丰沛时种植。茶园要选在背风向阳处,有排灌水条件,土层深厚的弱酸性土壤,深翻后施足底肥,留好排水沟。一般采用双行密植建园,选用健壮苗木,定植后加强肥水管理和病虫害防治,适当增加定剪次数,幼苗期需搭建拱棚进行越冬保护。树冠培养采大养小,采高留低,打顶护侧;成龄茶园重施和适当早施基肥,注重茶园深翻;茶园在入冬前应建立好防风墙,以烟台为例,在10月下旬至11月上旬,茶树停止生长后施足有机肥,浇足浇透越冬水。
