[Variety origin] Selected by the Tea Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences from the progeny of the seeds of the local group of species in Zhenghe, Fujian Province, as a monoculture. [Characteristics] Shrub type, especially early-born species, half-open posture, medium leaf type, leaf blade length 7.2 cm, width 3.4 cm, leaf blade narrow nanoround, leaf blade bearing state upward. In Hangzhou area spring tea bud one leaf period in mid-March, the new buds and leaves light green, velvet density medium, a bud of three leaves 8.5 centimeters long, one hundred bud weight 55.7 grams. The biochemical sample of spring bud and two leaves contains 17.7% tea polyphenols, 4.5% amino acids, 2.9% caffeine, 12.1% catechins, 52.2% water leachate. Suitable for green tea and black tea. The system of baking green tea, the appearance of tight, show milli, more green, soup color tender green, bright, high fresh aroma, chestnut flavor, taste sweet, fresh and crisp; the system of work of black tea, the appearance of tight, show milli, more black, soup color red, bright, fresh and sweet aroma, taste more sweet. The first growth cycle of the annual mu yield of one bud and two leaves 1030 kg of fresh leaves, an increase of 30% over the control 'Fuding Dabaicha'; the second growth cycle of the annual mu yield of 1138 kg, an increase of 27% over the control 'Fuding Dabaicha'. 中茶312 (Camellia sinensis ‘Zhongcha 312’). 陈亮等. 2024.《中国茶树品种资源志(上卷)茶树登记品种》第176-177页:【申请者】中国农业科学院茶叶研究所。【育种者】李娜娜;王新超;王璐;郝心愿;杨亚军;章志芳;曾建明;郑梦霞。【品种编号】非主要农作物品种登记号:GPD茶树(2023)330022。【品种来源】中国农业科学院茶叶研究所从福建政和地方群体种种子后代中单株选育而成。【特征特性】灌木型,特早生种,树姿半开张,中叶类,叶片长度7.2厘米、宽度3.4厘米,叶片窄楠圆形,叶片着生状态向上。在杭州地区春茶一芽一叶期在3月中旬,新梢芽叶浅绿色,茸毛密度中等,一芽三叶长8.5厘米、百芽重55.7克。春季一芽二叶生化样含茶多酚17.7%,氨基酸4.5%,咖啡碱2.9%,儿茶素12.1%,水浸出物52.2%。适制绿茶和红茶。制烘青绿茶,外形紧结、显毫、较绿翠,汤色嫩绿、明亮,香气高鲜、有栗香,滋味甘醇、鲜爽;制工夫红茶,外形紧结、显毫、较乌,汤色红、明亮,香气较鲜甜,滋味较甘醇。第一生长周期全年亩产一芽二叶鲜叶1030千克,比对照‘福鼎大白茶’增产30%;第二生长周期全年亩产1138千克,比对照‘福鼎大白茶’增产27%。感茶小绿叶蝉,中抗茶炭疽病,抗寒性强,较抗旱。【适宜种植区域及栽培技术要点】适宜在江南茶区浙江嵊州地区春、秋季种植。宜采用单行双株或双行双株的种植规格;前期肥水供应要充足,注意及时嫩采;适时防治茶小绿叶蝉。
