The biochemical sample of spring tea bud and two leaves contains tea polyphenol (14.2±0.5)%, amino acid (7.3±0.4)%, caffeine (3.1±0.06)%, water leachate (43.5±2.4)%. Suitable for making green tea. It is suitable for making baked green tea, with the appearance of tender green and golden yellow, the soup colour of tender green and clear yellow, the aroma of tender fragrance, and the taste of fresh and mellow. The first growth cycle spring mu yield of one bud and two leaves 39 kg of fresh leaves, than the control ‘Huangjinya’ 21% increase in yield; the second growth cycle spring mu yield 54 kg, than the control ‘Huangjinya’ 39% increase in yield.
