[Variety Source] Anhui Agricultural University from Anhui Yuexi local sexual population species from a single selection. [Characteristic features] Shrub type, tree posture semi-development. The plant has strong growth potential and medium branching density. Leaf blade upward bearing, leaf blade length and width medium, leaf blade shape medium oval. The new shoots and leaves start early, the buds and leaves have strong fertility, the germination density is 109/1109cm², neat. The buds are velvety and sparse in density, and the buds and leaves are strong in tenderness. The second leaf of the new shoot is light green, the length of one shoot and three leaves is medium, and the weight of one shoot and three leaves is 79.3 grams. The calyx is hairy, the corolla is medium in diameter, the ovary is hairy and medium in density, and the pistil is higher than the stamen. Fruiting rate is medium. The biochemical sample of one bud and two leaves in spring contains 18.6% of tea polyphenols, 4.1% of amino acids, 4.4% of caffeine, and 46.7% of water leachate. Suitable for green tea and black tea.
