ACS Registration #3043 . 2017 This 12-year-old C. japonica chance seedling first bloomed in 2010. It was originated by Clarence and Lillian Gordy of Ocala, Florida and registered by Mary Engstrom of Ocala, Florida and propagated by Woodside Camellias of Citra, Florida, USA. Bloom: The medium sized 10.1 cm x 5.1 cm semi-double form flower is bright pink. It has gold anthers and white filaments. This profuse bloomer falls in one piece and is long lasting with consistent form. Plant: The plant habit is upright. The growth rate is average. The plant is suitable for landscaping and exhibition uses. Leaf: The medium green leaves average 9.5 cm x 2.5 cm with low serration. Bloom season: Midseason to late.
